The office launched in January 2023 and over the past three months has attracted four big regional names along with five other high-performing luxury agents, according to the luxury brokerage.

The Dallas agency recently tapped several top Dallas-area producers who collectively closed more than $110 million in deals over the past 12 months, Inman reported.
Over the past three months, Eddie Wilbanks, Bret Whitfield and his team, Grecia “GG” Garza and his team and Francisco Rizo and his team, among five other luxury agents, have all affiliated with the Dallas office of the Beverly Hills-based brokerage.
The Dallas Agency launched in January 2023 — his second office in the state besides Austin — and is led by managing partners Megan and Damon Williamson.

Willbanks and Whitfield both come to the Compass Agency.
Willbanks has sold more than $300 million in real estate transactions during his career and last year sold the most expensive property in Southlake, a Dallas suburb. In the past 12 months, it has made $23 million in revenue.
Whitfield, which has closed $33 million in the past 12 months, is one of the principal founders of the Whitfield Property Group. Over the past few years, he has been named one of the best agents in the region by The Lawyer’s Magazine And Real Producers Magazineas well as a best real estate agent by Magazine D.
Rizo and his team that made $35 million last year, the Francisco Rizo Group, come to Douglas Elliman’s agency. During his career, Rizo has developed experience in brokering transactions between clients in the United States and Mexico. His expertise also extends to resale projects and luxury condos.
Garza has closed $20 million in the past 12 months and comes to the Agency after a 9-year stint at Rogers Healy and Associates. Like Whitfield, Garza has been recognized in recent years by Real Producers Magazine And Magazine D for his performance in the industry. Dallas Modern Luxury Magazine also recognized Garza as one of the top luxury professionals in the region over the past three years. She brings the GGDALLAS team to the Agency, where she seeks to increase the team’s manpower.
In addition to these top producers, The Agency Dallas has also tapped the following agents over the past three months: Chase Duran (formerly at Ebby Halliday, closed $18 million last year), Cameron Ruschaupt (formerly at Compass, closed $12 million last year), Miranda Pereyda (formerly at Century 21, closed $12 million last year), Christi Weinstein (formerly at HALO, closed $11 million last year), year) and Angelia Ekholm (formerly at Ebb y Halliday, closed $10 million last year).
