Interscope Geffen A&M has promoted four of its senior executives to important new positions, reaffirming the label’s senior leadership.
Michelle A was named president of Creative Strategy, Gary Kelly was named Chief Executive Officer of Interscope, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Interscope Geffen A&M, Sam Riback was named president of A&R and will continue to focus on the pop and rock genres and Nicholas Wyskoorko was named President A&R and will continue to focus on urban music within the label.
Michelle An was previously the label’s executive vice president/head of visual creation.
In her new role, she will be responsible for the overall visual creative vision of the company and will continue to collaborate closely with IGA artists on building their global brands, working closely with them on video, photography, packaging, advertising, as well as their live broadcasts and film and television projects.
She will also work closely with Xavier Ramos, executive vice president of pop and rock marketing, to oversee pop/rock marketing for the company.
Gary Kelly was previously CRO/Global Head of Streaming Strategy at the label.
In her new role, Kelly will continue to oversee the team that spans revenue, digital marketing, international and physical production for the label group. He will also continue to oversee the brand’s growing direct-to-consumer business.
According to Interscope, Sam Riback, who previously served as executive vice president of A&R, will continue to lead the label’s pop and rock efforts, “working closely with IGA partners and his own staff to sign the next generation of culture-driving artists.”
Nicole Wyskoarko, who previously served as Executive Vice President of A&R, will continue to oversee the Urban A&R team, working closely with the company’s various partners and their roster of artists.
