Inszone appoints new HR director

Inszone Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Matt Rieck as Director of Human Resources.

In his new role, Rieck will be responsible for overseeing the company’s HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement and development initiatives.

Rieck has over 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Inszone Insurance, he held several senior management positions in large corporations including Farmers Insurance, NASA-G4S and BBSI. Rieck holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Webster University and a BS in Social Psychology from Chapman University.
