San Diego-based C3 Risk & Insurance Services announced a merger with Private Management Insurance Agency (PMIA) and Clark Insurance Agency, both led by industry veteran Matt Clark.

The merger represents an important step in C3’s mission to establish a leading business in San Diego and Southern California, offering a full range of services to its customers, the company said.

“We are delighted to be merging with PMIA and Clark Insurance Agency,” said Jamie Reid, Chairman of the Board of C3 Risk & Insurance Services. “This strategic collaboration enables C3 to strengthen its Private Client division and further solidify our position as a leading provider of insurance services in San Diego. Matt’s proven leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving our growth and delivering exceptional value to our customers. »

The integration of San Diego-headquartered PMIA and North Carolina-based Clark Insurance Agency will strengthen C3’s Private Client division, the company said.

Clark brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the table, having successfully built and grown his own agencies since 2005, C3 said. Clark’s expertise will enable C3 to better meet the personal insurance needs of its current and future clients, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

“Over the past 17 years, Matt has built an incredible agency in the private and retail clientele space,” said Gabe Erle, President of C3 Risk & Insurance Services. “His entrepreneurial spirit aligns with our mission, and we are thrilled to have his help elevate and grow our personal lines business.”

“This merger suits us perfectly,” Clark said. “Not only is the culture of C3 very family-oriented, but the partnership will also allow us to create something greater together than we could have achieved alone. I am thrilled to be part of the legacy that C3 is building.
