1. Open any new Associated Bank bank account, in person or online.
2. Have direct deposits totaling $500 or more placed in your new checking account within 90 days of opening your account.
3. Increase your bonus by adding funds to your checking or other deposit accounts. You will receive your bonus within 120 days!

Determining your bonus: 90 days (or the previous business day), after you open your checking account, we will calculate the sum of the average daily balance of all your open Associated Bank deposit accounts for days 31 to 90. Total average daily balances of:

• $1,000 to $4,999.99 will win $300
• $5,000 to $9,999.99 will win $400
• over $10,000 will win $600.

Terms of the offer

• Deposits from existing accounts are not eligible; the funds must come from outside the associated bank.
• The bonus will be deposited into the Associated Choice checking account within 120 days of account opening.
• The account must be open at the time the bonus is paid and must remain open for at least 12 months.
• For tax reporting purposes, a 1099 may be issued at the end of the year for the year in which the bonus is awarded.
